I’m trying to get a vaccination certificate. I have downloaded and completed the form from Murcia Salud, but am unsure where to post it or take it. I have seen “local town hall” suggested. Is this correct? Do I need an appointment or can I just turn up and hand in the form? Thanks.

Thanks for that but I don’t have a digital certificate. Looks like I need to print the form and take it in

Ok thanks for that, but I don’t have a health card. I’m in the private system. I’ll just take my form to the town hall.
