We had to visit the social security office first and register the UK S1 form and then sent to the Salud. We were lucky enough to be given a doctor who speaks a little english, so with our spanish and her english  we get by.

A guy there entered all of our details into the system, including the S1 form. After this he told us we needed to visit the Centro Salud where we would be allocated a GP.
