We used someone on the coast near Quesada called SGM solicitors in Benijofar, Silvia speaks marvelous English and is incredibly thorough, the previous ownership/s can be quite complicated so you want someone who will dig through it all

We bought a Finca in Yecla and used Serveco Accessores, who have offices through Murcia and one in Yecla town centre. Antonio Jara who looks after us, speaks really good English and they work in conjunction with Channel 4’s A Place in The Sun. Brilliant service with the house purchase, as there were land issues which they sorted for us. Reasonably priced too. They are currently progressing our residency application and sorted our non resident tax too.
