Look in your local petrol stations for the gas , I would personally recommend REPSOL garage or go online and search for Butano in your area then you will have details of the places to buy or maybe have derived to your home.
Most ferreterteria in your area will sell the regulator sets.

I think what you have to do is go to the Repsol office in Aguilas and ask for an inspection of safety certificate on your property which would allow you to rent up to 2 bottles of gas from most petrol stations BP,Repsol Anbal ect.
