Is there any sort of ex-pat community in Aguilas. I´m moving there next month (Los Collados) and would like to make contact with any in the atea.

Hi

Great to hear there are expats coming into this area !  There are a few expats here not many but numbers are growing steadily. I am in Los collados too and there are a few expats in this complex. You've picked a nice community and area

Let me know if you need any area information although I'm assuming you've been here before

Nice to hear there are others in Los Collados I have been in Spain for a while but not there. Moving in on 1st June so info on places to go etc. would be good. My biggest concern is getting internet, to Skype with my Family.. I'll PM you my number so maybe we can keep in touch with WhatsApp.

We are also in Los Collados. Tel Aguilas seemed to be the best cost effective Wifi. They have an office in town easy to find. Welcome to a lovely part of Murcia

Also in Los Collados (Golf Phase1) - holiday home 😎

Tourist board is good for local info Also if you’re in a community I guess it will be administered by Geisisur- I have always found José very helpful

Enjoy

hi ,

just a quick question, do you think the area would be suitable for my family I have 1 son he's 5, 2 dogs and my grandmother will spend some time with us she's in her 80s. my partner will be working away 6 weeks at a time so we need to be in a safe environment. we will be renting our UK property and renting around this area for 12-18 months.

any tips advice please

thanks Fran

Sorry pressed send too early.

It depends where in Aguilas as mentioned Los collados is out of town there is a bus service but I don’t think it runs during siesta time.

I know these posts are pretty old now but did any of you manage to meet up?

We are also in Aguilas.
