How to buy in Aguilas the easy and problem free way!!

Hi everyone. My name is Kevin and I am writing this due to reading about several potential purchasers of property in Aguilas being put off by lack of information about solicitors, fees and a general sense of uncertainty due to, in most cases, their lack of understanding of the Spanish language.
