Coronavirus Emergency Support - We are waiving our service fees for 3 months to support users during the coronavirus crisis

we offer users the ability to have a message sent to them once or twice a day, they then need to acknowledge this message (either by email reply or mobile phone app) to show they are ok, if they fail to respond (had a fall or similar) in a defined timescale the system will notify the users alert group, this is made up of up to 4 contacts (normally friends and family, could also be FAST).  The service also has a simple mobile phone app which allows the user at the press of a button, to request help from their alert group.
