Finally made it to San Pedro after 18 months yesterday, all good except we have a wasp nest under one of our tiles on the roof below the solarium. Does anyone have any  pest controllers that they could recommend to sort this out please? I can just about reach it but not to squirt anything in. I think we need a professional!

Hello everyone! I’m considering buying a property in Santiago de la Ribera, and wondered if anybody had any knowledge of how at-risk the area is from flooding? I know a few years back the area was affected but wasn’t sure if it was just along the coastline. If anybody had any direct experience that’s would be great. I’m looking at properties around the Plaza San Blas zone.

Well done to the SCUM who damaged the work completed by B Clean in the PETANQUE area, and spray painted the memorial bench.

We know it was holiday family with kids who decided to do all the damage, and we will track you down.

The residents pay in contributions to B Clean to have work done, not to see it destroyed.

We do not need SCUM families like this, take your kids home, and get them to destroy your own property.

We will now start to repair all the damage.

Lets hope we can track them down, and then we can make contact with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
