Hi Friends

Hubby and I are thinking of popping out to rent for a year in the area then hopefully buy. Can anyone recommend a reputable estate agents as I have heard of so many people getting ripped off after paying deposits etc.

We are coming out in June to explore any recommendations would be fab and also where would be good to go to chat to expats?

Also, we have two doggos. How easy is it to find dog sitters and groomers in the area?

soon to visit here for a week with my oartner and 2 children ages 8 and 9

im a little worried that theres not much for children to do apart from swim in the pool.

can anyone advise me on any good day trips near by beaches water parks and how best to get to them.we both drive but never have in spain so wed sooner not just incase were rubbish at it !!

any ideas and advise welcomed and appreciated.

Hope you are all well. Pouring with rain in uk!

We are looking to purchase a villa in spain unsure of exact area still looking into. Can anyone recommend a good site or information of the process needing to start on our journey. We want to beable to stay 6 months of year and i know its a 90 days/180. But if you get residency does this change things? Thank you in advance.
