Been looking at some properties at Condado de Alhama being sold by Blue med and they do look very good and the prices are good too, but are there any folk who live at this place or have had dealings with Blue med , I’ve read that the weather sometimes can be very windy there and dust can be a problem , also can I ask if any folk has brought a apartment either ground floor do you hear your neighbours above you 

Moving down to the Costa Calida area later this year. Only be transporting our beautiful German Shepherd and personal items sowe are travelling in our car. Is there a market for selling the car to either dealers or ex pats wanting to come home. Any relevant advice would be gratefully accepted.

Just wanted to ask once you have received the first part of this visa and you are in Spain can you travel to anywhere else in Europe with out any time limits 

Hello all, 

We are starting some psychological retreats in the local area starting from October 2024 onwards.  These will occur roughly 4 times a year to start for one week.  I own a psychotherapy business and we will be hosting two clients for a week at a time.  I will be needing a cook, specialising in healthy food ie: gluten free alternatives, etc.  This would be for 6 days during the retreat- setting up healthy lunches and dinners.  Additionally, I will be needing a yoga practitioner for once daily during the 6 days.  I would be interested in costings, and services offered.  It will be in Balsicas.  Please feel free to DM me, or email [email protected]

What do you have to do if you see a property that is being sold privately in a small town, how do you go about this not knowing the language very good, things like services , surveys, solicitors and any other things that I may ocur

Just wondering what sort of cost would it be for renting long term anything from a month to 3 months but like November to say April and anytime between these months , is this the so called low season , just a rough ballpark figure as I’m trying to plan ahead before buying 

Has anybody brought one of these bank repossessions apartments from a estate agent that are old but never been lived in , so they are new but a little dirty , many of them seem to have no light fittings plus no aircon too, but everything seems to be there ready to get everything connected.

So if anyone has brought one of these for what seems is a good price what sort of costings is it to get lights and aircon fitted or would it be best to buy what’s already done 

After you have applied for your none lucrative visa and been awarded it , the next application is in 2 years and then another 2 years I am lead to believe, what are the cost for those 2 year intervals , do you have to go through the same procedure again .
