Good morning, I am trying to open a fee free non resident account, but I am having difficulties.

I have seen a lot of posts recommending various bank accounts such as N26, Cajamar wefferent, Caixa and others.

The problem I have is that you either have to be a resident or be in Spain to open up the account by visiting a branch. 

I will be moving to Spain permanently in 3 month, but need to get a bank account before my arrival in Spain and before applying for residency.

Is there a bank account which I can open without being present in Spain that doesn't have a monthly fee. 

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Looking to travel to camposol by car from Essex in August for holiday plus to look for properties there to to buy wondering best route and best place for stop off in France to break up travelling time  as takes 22 hours

Hello, has anybody used Caixa Bank for their home insurance in order to get a free bank account?

We are looking for home insurance and for a free bank account and thought this might be a good solution.

Any advice would be appreciated.

D SECTOR MEMORIAL BENCH DESTROYED, C SECTOR PLANTS AND PLANT BOXES STOLEN, B SECTOR NEW PLANTED TREES RIPPED UP AND STOLEN, AGAIN B SECTOR PLANT POTS SMASHED ON A ROCKERY, PLANTS STOLEN NEXT TO THE MEMORIAL BENCH BY CONSUM, ORNIMENTS STOLEN FROM A NEW AREA CREATED ON B SECTOR, PLANTS STOLEN FROM B CAR PARK.

WHAT KIND OF RESIDENTS DO WE HAVE? ARE THEY SICK, OR JUST DOWN RIGHT THIEVES WHO WRECK EVERYTHING THOSE GREAT GARDEN PARTIES DO FOR THE AREA.

Hi hope someone can help with some questions..

We hope to sell up in the UK and retire to Spain.

we have a retirement pensions and private pensions but If I look online about how much retirement income is needed its 2,000 euro of what we have coming in.

Can we use part of our savings deposited in the bank as income to make up the difference

we have 32,000 euro a year in pensions and savings and the sale of our house in the uk will come to 240,000 euro. we are looking to spend approx 180n,000 euro on a small but nice property.  

We have taken into account the taxes and fees to buy a property.

It seems the closer we get to leaving the UK the further away we are.

We have a trip planned in September 2024 to look at properties and we quite like the thought of Camposol area.

The council has announced that the distribution of letters to householders on Camposol, regarding the change of status of the urbanisation, will commence on 3rd April for A sector. Please see link for further information.

Hello , already asked this question .. recommendations for oil suppliers please . Had a reply,  but sadly that company cannot deliver until Thursday and this morning we’ve no hot water . Recently moved here and thought there would be enough for a little longer while we get unpacked etc .. but no!  any recommendations ( we’ve tried Antonio )
