We are looking at properties in Murcia to buy for a holiday home for us and the family.  We have seen a new development offering quite a few villa options to buy.  It says it has a communal pool but we feel a private one would suit us better.  We have no idea what the area is like and plan to fly out in the coming months with a view to securing a property.  We recently looked at Lo Santiago area on an urbanization but my husband found Fuente Alamo last night.  If any one can let us have your opinions of best places to look for 3 bed 2 bath around 250000 euros.  We are steering clear of the golf resorts as we don't want a monthly commitment to community charge.  Also would be flying in to Murcia from Stansted so max proximity to airport would be around 30 mins.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thank you.

Hi, we are buying a villa in los Almagros. We are close to completing. Does anyone know of any recycling  centres where we can take unwanted items please? The villa is out of the village, so we don’t think anyone would be coming around collecting furniture etc. thank you in advance. I am new to this forum, first time leaving a message 😊
