We bought an apartment on HR , May’23, so this year will be the first to pay taxes, Modelo 210, for non residents , we are not renting out .

Our lawyer send us an email offering to do this for us, costs will be €89,00 for each of us as a couple both owners, excluding tax, so about €230,00 and the Modelo 210 will probably cost €200,00……less than the costs to fill in the forms….(or is this also pro person?)…

Does anyone has experience of a way to pay the tax with less costs , we would prefere a Dutch or English speaking person ,or is it possible to fill in the forms by yourself? Any suggestions are welcome since this is a yearly event..😊

What kind of community fees for a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment?

We are hoping to buy a property. We wondered about community fees. We would not be able to go much past 120 euros a month, so is this even possible or are the fees much higher? Many thanks.

I have been looking for a property ( house / flat ) in the Costa Blanca / Costa Calida region for quite some time .

Here in Belgium there are the wildest stories about fraudsters , fake agencies , unreliable offices etc.... 

I have already sent several mails to agencies for information about a property and 50% do not answer and the ones that do answer immediately ask for 3000 euro to obtain information.

This in itself I find suspicious as I have no certainty of ever getting an answer.

I understand that a fee has to be paid for services rendered and I want to pay it upon completion of the dossier/purchase contract with the notary/lawyer.

Also, the EPC ( energie rating ) value of the property is being kept rather secretive ! Either they do not want to disclose it or it happens to be under negotiation , or it is not correctly displayed in the advertisement .

How can I do business fairly in Spain ?

Hi . My partner and I are looking at early retirement to one of the 3 golf resorts Torre, Hacienda Requiem and Roda,,, Paul is a daily golfer. But we also enjoy swimming, walking, and socialising. We will need transport to Alicante Airport on December 7 at about 7.30 in the morning, and a return transport on January 14 at about 19.00 in the evening, since this will be our first holiday back in Holland we would like to hear suggestions of recommended taxi companies or are their even others to combine these two trips to and from the airport ?
