Hi, we will be looking at a few houses in Isla Plana next month. This will be our first trip to the area. I would love to hear about the area, what life is like there. Are there a lot of expats in the area? Any advice when looking to buy a home there? Any informing would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi, Please can anyone recommend a reliable van with a man hire in Mazarron area?  We need to move some beds, etc within Isla plana.

If you are non resident in Spain and sell your house how long can you  keep  your  Spanish bank account ? Also do you have  to be in Spain to close it?

Beds are in excellent condition, only used on rare occasions. Trundle can be raised and used as single bed or adjacent as a large double bed. Each quality mattress is 90 x 190. 

Hi I need a dog groomer for a small dog in Isla Plana

We’re considering buying a property in Isla Plana but haven't visited there yet…! We’re looking for a town that has a few bars and restaurants but still feels Spanish and not too touristy, would it be a good place to consider? We don’t want to have a car while there so are wondering about bus links to nearby places. 

I need to get a Carte de Invitacion for my daughter who is visiting me in August. I need it from my local police station. Is there one in Isla Plana or Puerto de Mazarron please?

We use an old sky box and a large dish. Often  we would loose BBC1 and 2 on channels 101 and 102 ( HD) and put it down to weather conditions. But now they have disappeared completely and BBC has stopped  non HD channels. Does anyone  know  how to get the HD ones back, apart from scrapping the setup!
