Hi all folks that have an apartment at UGR La Tercia.
I’m just querying the costs of service charges. In some of the previous posts (dated 2021) I have seen service charges estimated around 80 euros per month. However my parents seem to be paying 85 +82 euros per month for general and sub community charges. Is anyone paying similar sort of rates like this?
