Hi - my wife and I currently live in Cardiff, Wales, and have recently had an offer accepted on an apartment in Los Alcazares and we are mid way through the legal purchase process, with an expected completion date of 20th March 2026. It's a 1 bedroom apartment with an open plan kitchen/living room, a sperate bathroom and 1 bedroom (so 3 rooms). It's perfectly clean and usable, but before we use it for the first time we'd like someone to collect the keys from the estate agents and give it a white wash of emulsion throughout, plus glossing the exterior front door and window shutter. I'm just enquiring if there are any local handymen/decorators that would be prepared to undertake this job for me? Thanks, Paul
