Hi, I need some advice from the forum please.
I purchased my house mid December last year, along with a car, I used Sun Lawyers, who have a POA for me to carry out all the legal work. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations, beyond their failure to communicate with me.
1 - I have no proof of house ownership, other than handing the money over and getting the keys. Should I have my deeds by now, some 20 weeks later?
2 - Only this week I got my car documents, again 19 weeks for those!
3 - At the point of purchase I also requested a Vado for my gates, the council measured the drive the first week of February, Sun Lawyers say they will wait until they have a number of clients waiting before they go to the town hall to chase it, does any of this sound correct?
4 - I was led to believe, by Sun Lawyers, that i would need to complete a tax return for the few days I owned the property in December and I asked that they compete this for me. I assume I'm liable for this, but Sun Lawyers haven't responded to me about getting this completed.
Any advice would be gratefully received, I'm about to fire Sun Lawyers!
