Hi

After recently purchasing an apartment in San Javier on one side of the road and Los Alcazares on the other side we want to bring our staffy over in April for 5 weeks to our apartment.  We have the rabies microchip etc and will get AHC within 10 days of travelling but I notice that Staffys are on dangerous dog list and need to be registered at Town Hall .  Does this apply if we are only coming for 5 weeks holiday or if we are living permanently.

I just don’t want to get to the ferry and we don’t have it?

Many thanks

Janet

Hi everyone!

We’re coming over in a couple of weeks for a reccy! We are checking out the Costa Calida region in Murcia. We are a young family of 5 looking at areas to set up home initially.

We want to embrace the Spanish culture as much as possible so don’t wish to be on any Golf resorts etc. We are looking to put our children into Spanish schools and would like things going on and to be close to amenities!

Please hit me with your Costa Calida area recommendations!

Thank you 💕💕💕

Hi, I live in UK but travel to Santiago la Ribera a few times a year. I am trying to order off Amazon es. However, I need them to deliver to theoval post office . Really confused at what point they give the delivery option for post office. As I do not want to pay and find out that they cannot deliver to the post office. Or does anyone know if their is a service where someone will take dilbery for you. Thanks

Community bankruptcy - 5 replies

Surestart Posted by Surestart in Banking and finances in San Javier on Mon Jan 8, 2024 6:24pm

Hi, does anyone know what happens when the community is bankrupt. I have a studio I use for holiday. It seems the administrators have said we are bankrupt. The electric and water needs to be paid. We do not have separate meters for water or electricity. I believe each floor has a metre. We pay the electric and water and community charge every month. However, some people do not pay. It looks like the energy company can cut the electricity to the whole building if bill not paid. We have asked to see income and expenditure of community funds. However, that will not change the fact that the community is bankrupt. Anyone know what might happen.
