We have recently bought a holiday home in San Pedro del Pinatar. We will be visiting the area about 13/14 weeks a year, and I would like to play some of the local courses next year.

My wife is not a golfer, so I would be interested in finding someone who would like to play the occasional round. 

I play off 13, but would be happy to play with low or high handicappers!. 

Do you have to prove you can support yourself when living in Spain?

We hope to retire early and live off savings until pension time.

The estate agents don't tell you any of this as they only want to sell you a house!

The joining between our terrace house and neighbour, near the roof is a gap and it is letting water in and causing a damp patch on one of the walls.

Our neighbour doesn’t live there any more, so we can’t discuss this with them, but we have decided to go ahead and repair the gap,

Can anyone recommend a roofer/builder who could do this for us.  We are in San Pedro Del Pinatar

Hi I am looking to purchase a small car I have seen the car 1 owner from new its about 10 years old 

has ITV until Feb 2019 taxed and insured on Spanish plates. The car in near my home address in Swansea friends have moved back and have offered me the car for £1000 .

I will drive it back to Murcia San Pedro and looking for car share to split cost if any one is interested as I am a few years off retiring from work so I come out about 5 / 6 times a year for a week at a time.

The car will be serviced in the UK by myself before coming out as I am x-mechanic, I can send photos it would be better I thought to share I have an apartment in San Pedro just off the beach near the Marina. I don't have any garage for parking  so I had thought of using the company that drops the car at the airport and collects after you have finished the cost of that for the year is 225 euro.

I wonder if anyone could give us any general advise.

We are thinking of letting out our 2-bedroom ground floor apartment with communal pool and wondered what procedures we have to put in place to make it rent worthy.  

Also, what tax do we have to pay on any rent we receive.

Best place to buy a fridge free

We’re flying out in a couple of weeks, looking for somewhere to buy in the area Los Alcázares up to San Pedro del Pinatar. We prefer a resale, and budget is tight; can anyone recommend an estate agent to show us around, who won’t waste our time showing us properties that they want to sell, rather than what we want to buy?  We were looking at MangoLink and Paramount Properties, but don’t know anything about them.  Thanks, Annie.

We've just moved into a modest house in Lo Pagannthat has an orange tree and a laurel tree that need 'rationalising' we want to keep the orange tree but it's over taking the house. Can you recommend a tree chopper?? Thanks!
