Besides obviously the rent - what are rough costs if your renting ? presume you don't pay the block fee but maybe you do ?

Hi All

Thanks for letting me join the forum. I’ve been looking at buying a holiday apartment and have seen some great ( I think) prices on new builds ( I think they are bank repos) at the above resorts.

I’d be grateful if you could give me your opinions on them or offer any advice on other areas I could look at. Is one better than the other? What are the on site facilities like? Are there public transport links to get to the nearest town? Any recommendations for a complete novice re the buying process?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone,

We have recently bought an appartment in Las Terrazas de la Torre. We are looking to join a expat group or meet like minded people.we are both in our late fifties

We will only be spending 90 out of the 180 days in Spain

Hi all

I am purchasing an apartment on the ground floor on Las Terrazas. I have been informed there was flooding in 2019. I can see La Torre was affected. Please could anyone confirm if this was correct.
