You could ask a lawyer to draw up your Will or you might be lucky enough to know of a Notary who could do this for you. Whichever person draws it up for you, it needs to be signed in front of the Notary and registered in "El Registro de Actos de Última Voluntad" for future reference. You may wish to make your Will under the laws of your own country, which, if you are English or Welsh, would need to be written "Under The Laws of England and Wales", or "Under The Laws of Scotland" if you are Scottish etc. - not the laws of Great Britain or the United Kingdom as these do not exist! It's possible to get your Will written out with Spanish on one side of the page and English on the other but this would need someone who can ensure that the translations match.
