Hi,
Have you tried the local petrol station as they often sell/swap gas bottles and can generally sign you up for a contract?
In our area a lorry loaded with bottles comes around every few weeks or so, ringing a bell, for people to exchange gas bottles. Maybe you could ask your neighbours if this happens where you are.
The alternative, if you have a gas cooker is to change to an electric cooker/hob. We did that as I didn't want the inconvenience of running out and changing gas bottles and the maintenance of having to get the gas connections checked for safety.
I know lots of people use the gas canisters for heaters in the winter - You could try this link to see if there's a petrol station near you - I found 2 but not sure how far for you to travel (click where it says 'by name' and put in Yecla) in: http://www.repsol.com/es_en/productos-servicios/estaciones-de-servicio/buscador-estaciones-servicio/
Here's another link that may help: http://www.repsol.com/es_en/productos-servicios/glp/particulares/te-aconsejamos/productos/gas-envasado/Default.aspx?JScript=1 Apparently you can sign up online but it may be in Spanish and not so easy.
I do know that car boot sales and 'items for sale' columns in local newspapers or online and even Ebay 'collection only' sellers sometimes sell second hand bottles. Although it is always advisable to follow the correct procedures for safety reasons, if you buy a used bottle you can just exchange this bottle each time for another one when you find a local supplier.
Hope this helps,
Jan
