After a facilities management company to regularly check my property & tidy/clean before any visits (by me)

hi.. I have a property in Calabardina which i haven't been to for a while due to ill health & covid.. i'm now looking to get back into travelling & would like for someone to look after the property when i'm not there (ie monthly visits maybe, and a clean before i arrive- what are the options????)

Anyone a good facilities manager or know of anyone local that does this sort of thing?
