My husband and I are looking for private transport to Alicante Airport. Is there anyone willing to drive us there in the early morning? Our flight leaves at 10.45, so we will have to be there early. If you have a car then drive to the airport and park in the long term parking.
Or go by train to Alicante then taxi to airport or go to Torrevieja then the bus to the airport.
The train takes 2,30 hours from Cartagena, and the earliest connection leaves Cartagena at 7.40h.

There's been a lot of publicity regarding illegal taxis doing airport runs in Spain, I thought everyone was now aware of the consequences of using them. It sounds from your request that you are encouraging them.....I hope not!
