Solicitors recommendation Los Alcázares- SAN Javier ares

Hi Helen,

We purchased in Nov 2018, and were recommended NCS Los Alcazares. Contacted them, and everything was sorted via email or phone. Highly recommended, speak english, whole process was completed without having too fly over. Bank, water, electricity etc. all done on our behalf.

Yes too both questions. No regrets, Brexit is still the unknown but hey we just thought go for it! We did worry about power of attorney etc. Alot of money, but rest assured good people. I also use First world broker for money transfers.

You dont need a solicitor...if you are hereuse Miguel Palacios at Liberty Seguros in Los Narejos or Andreea Melescan in Trebol estate agents in the 525 square...they will sort NIE and residencia for you at a fraction of what you will pay a solicitor.

I got my NIE from the Spanish Consulate in London. They have one in Scotland too. Dead easy. Cost me less than £10, plus a return train ticket, with the bonus of a lovely day out!
