I have an account with Cajamar. The bank is now asking for my mobile phone number to access the account online and it can only be provided in branch or at an ATM. Due to covid I cannot travel to Spain and cannot get this done. Any way this can be done while still in the UK? HELP
I too bank with Cajamar, did you not give them your mobile no on opening the account? They would only accept a Spanish no but I have read others saying they accepted a UK one. Due to covid circumstances will they not accept email info? There is an English speaking helpline, have you explained situation? Sorry I can't help. I too am in Uk at present awaiting the restrictions to lift. Good luck
