Where can I get sports massage in Costa Calida

My daughter had a shoulder injury we stay at La Manga club and are looking for a local massage. Can anyone help ?
The Spa Centre and also 'Physio Active' in La Mange Club both offer sports massages.
Physio Active has a physiotherapist, so maybe best for an injury...
