What type of property are you looking for and when would you like it to commence from?

not an expert by any means, but my daughter lived near Murcia for a year.  She lived near an area between the main town and the IKEA and the Nueva Condomina. If I recall it was Churra - off the Avenida Don Juan de Borbon. It was a brand new flat and i was very happy with the security in the buildings around that area - I think a lot of Uni people live in them but, I stayed at her place many times and never heard a thing even when they all came home drunk and piled into the next apartment. 

It was a 15 min walk to the massive supermarket  (Carrefour) and 5 minutes from the bus stop/trams on the Avenida. It was far enough out of the town and close enough at the same time!

Cant help with agents but you might like to have a look at the area - I hope it remains as nice as it was as this was 5 years ago.
