I have 2 packages from the UK (my wife's disability scooter) and they are stuck in the Correos system I have tried to use the on-line system without success( I am 85 ), is there anyway I can go to a post office to sort this out Not our local one in Roldan

Hi Jack
Being a disability scooter did you actually use the Uk Post Office and not a courier service? If so did you make the customs declaration which is now required for any mail or exports to the EU.
Have you contacted the despatch origin to ask them what is happening and why it should be held up?
Has Correos actually said to you it is in there system, and why there is a hold up?
