General Amenities

Hello,
we have been browsing at properties in the Roldan area , could someone please advise what the amenities are like in and around the town?
i.e. bus links, general transport links
The town seems to have numerous general amenities for day to day requirements but we are just trying to understand whether there would be a need to have a car to get around or if the transport links are sufficient
