Keeping animals

We would like to keep farm animals on our property ,can any one tell me how to go about this.and how to get the appropriate licence please
To keep horses and farm animals you will require a REGA code. First you will need to go to your local Ayuntamiento for permission. Then to the Oficina Comarcal Agraria (OCA). I think Tallante will come under west Cartagena, here are the details for that OCA office:

There will be forms to fill in and an admin cost. From memory, I think we paid about 200 Euros for horses, I've no idea whether that's a standard fee or depends on type/numbers of animals. There will then be an inspection of the installations for the animals by a vet from the OCA office.
