Hi I will be travelling from Alicante airport down to Murcia airport in early September and I know there is no direct route bus wise so would like any information/experience from others who have done this journey

Hello. There is no easy way to get from Alicante to Aguilas.
A train from alicante to murcia, then another onwards to Lorca gets you close. If you are arriving early in the day you will have plenty of time to do this. From Lorca there are buses running to aguilas as well as 3 trains a day. One early in the morning, one around midday and another around 9pm.

Thank you for the information. I’m going to be going from Alicante airport to Murcia airport (where my car will be parked ). I think I’ll be able to get a bus to Murcia centre then a bus to Murcia airport or near as possible then maybe a taxi from where bus drops me to Murcia airport. Have you any ideas on this route ?
