Mazarron tax office

Hi, i have just had 274 euros withheld from my bank account by a judicial body, for what i do not know. I paid my IBI in Oct last year and i pay the non residents tax through abaco. all the bank could tell me was to contact the tax office in Mazarron.. Do i start with the Ayuntamiento . Anyone had this kind of experience?
