Repair glass curtains

Several years ago I had glass curtains installed but the company no longer exists. First problem, the pulley to open them broke so cannot open them easily, second problem, the third curtain slips off it’s rails and falls inwards which is dangerous. If I cannot get them repaired I shall have them taken down completely because I cannot afford to replace them. Please advise. L
