Cannot access caixa sign in app.

Hello,

Recently I had to change my phone because the old one stopped working. Phone number still the same 

When I tried to access Caixa sign in app it said that those credentials have already been assigned and that I had to get permissions from my old phone. Obviously I cannot do this. My Caixa credentials are fine I don't need a password reset.

I think I need to unlink my old  phone but I cannot do this without logging to Caixa app.

Anyone else come across this issue if so how was it resolved?
