Yesterday evening my OH arrived home from dialysis treatment in Cartagena. During treatment TVs are on, he caught part of the news regarding travel restrictions. Is it true only 2 people are allowed in a car? He didn’t get all the report, are the restrictions all Spain or specified areas? Please can someone clarify?
