Where can we get rid of pruning from a cypress hedge? The Ecopaque in Fuente Alamo says it has to be put into plastic bags, unsure how you get 3-4 ft of cypress tree into a black bin bag! We have been told we can only take one bag per week, so the garden should be clear if black bags by 2026-27. Ridiculous. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
