Can anyone recommend: Builder/painter/tiler

Hi All,

Looking to buy on Los Olivos but don’t like the sunken bath in the master and the wooden slat floor in the guest bathroom.

I have seen a property previously for sale on Los Olivos where the bath has been taken out and turned into a shower with nice floor tiles. Similarly in the guest room this has also been tiled. I want to be able to do the same.

Does anyone have any good tradesmen they can recommend for the project please? Either a multi-skilled guy or a plumber and a tiler.
