Hi all,
Our property purchase is in the process of going through on Hacienda del Álamo Golf resort.
As it will initially be a holiday home, can anyone recommend someone who could act as a key holder/property manager to keep an eye on things between our visits?
Can anyone give us an idea of charges for such a service?

Hi its Stephen from Atlas key holding charge is 30 euro s per visit and full Villa cleaning start s from 30 euro s to 80 euro retards stephen
