Hello Dorpat, if you search on google for dog shelter or animal rescue you could be able to rescue a small dog from dying in a perrera (killing station). Good luck and kind regards, Valerie

Los infiernos is a non kill shelter not far from san javier. There is also paps and galgos del sol who are animal charities/ protectoras that rehome abandoned dogs. Facebook is the easiest way to contact them. If you don't have Facebook then a quick Google search will take you to their contact details.

I am so happy to hear another poor rescue will find a forever home thank you Dax for helping this this couple. I intend to volunteer at an animal shelter when I move to Spain. I already do this online helping other countries, facebook is a great way to find wonderful people doing everything they can to save and rescue innocent animals all over the world. Adopt don't Shop.
