Our LG tv, bought November 2019 developed a dark streak up the screen. I had registered the purchase with LG and told them of the problem 1st March on their website. That afternoon a Miguel rang, asked about the problem and gave me a website address to send details of the set and a couple of pictures of the problem. On the Wednesday a repair agent - Telvisat in Murcia rang me (in English) arranged to send a technician on the Friday and right on time two guys came, took a look, agreed it needed a new screen and took the tv away. Much to my surprise and delight they came back with the repaired television on Wednesday, so 10 days from reporting the fault.
If anyone needs a repair they could do worse than use this firm, and if buying a large smart tv make sure the warranty is 2 years parts and labour like an LG.
