Can anyone help if my flight doesn't get in till 18.20 on 7th February 2023.What is the cheapest way to get to Los Alcazares from alicante .

At that time you are really looking at a taxi as the bus service stops before then...you could get a bus from the airport into Torrevieja Town centre and spend the night there and make a bus journey the next day

I am pretty sure you may have to think about a taxi which will be over €100 .check a bus first to Torrevieja then a taxi to LA .
