Local Gym

Just put this into a Google search.  gyms los alcazares spain

There is a good and friendly Gym in downtown LA, about 100 metres from the Town Hall, it cost €3.00 per session.

I go there three times a week normally.

There is another in Los Narejos, but its not airconditioned, so a bit warm in the summer.

There is a gym at the LA public indoor pool which might be worth checking out

Good idea, 

I've not been there since the December 2016 flood which smashed thru the whole centre. 

It was a well-equipped gym I remember

I only had a quick look round but the gym looked pretty good and I would imagine it would not be expensive. They are only too willing to show you round. They also have pool-based exercise classes which were well attended.
