Proof of vaccination

If you are in Uk at the moment you need to download to your phone mygp app once you open it it will give you step by step instructions 

You will need your Nhs patient number your passport and you will need to do a small video of yourself repeating a security code they send you

Once you have done everything you have to wait for them to update information to the app I think you will not get activated till a few weeks after second vaccination 

If you are in Spain I am sure advice will be added soon .

iT IS WORTH CHECKING THAT THE WEBSITE SHOWS CORRECTLY BOTH JABS....

According to the information on that website, Spain isn't yet connected to the EU Digital COVID certificate Gateway. Vacccination certificates were also discussed on the Spanish 24 News channel recently, that only a couple of comunidades were in the position to issue Covid certificates at the current time but that others would be joining soon. Murcia was not amongst those that are issuing vaccination certificates as yet.

We went to our local health centre and  asked for a print out of our certificate plus which Vaccine  had been given all done in a couple of minutes.   

LYN33 YOU SAY YOU HAVE YOUR VACINATION CERTIFICATE BUT WHICH HEALTH CENTRE DID YOU GO TO?

We live in the Almeria province, our health centre is Garrucha but i would have thought that your health centre would print it off for you.  We may be in different regions but surely health centres offer the same service?  Hope you can get yours done ok.
