AP7 - Electronic toll

I’m using the AP7 a fair bit at the moment travelling between LA and Alicante - anyone know how I get the electronic tag so I don’t need to keep stopping at the toll gates ?

We have a Bip n Drive tag find them by googling think it was 20€ then monthly usage taken from bank ... easy!
