Why do you need a mechanic for your ITV just take the car to a testing centre yourself, I use the one in San Javier and if you require they speak English

Andy at Your Car Mar Menor will do the work and put it through its ITV..
I can highly recommend MJM MECHANICS, Mariano (he speaks English) in San Javier at the rear of the shops including Yorkshire Linen, Mercadona etc
