Ignore them, we've found when we are in residence and keeping place reasonably clean we see one maybe once a month, you can spend a fortune and still won't entirely eradicate them

They are a fact of life in Spain.

Good housekeeping indoors & out is the best way to keep them at bay.

Hi I have used Oro - orange aerosol tin (have only found it in Consum) for over 10 years. Spray it on the door steps and a small area around it (or anywhere else’s you think they are getting in) every 6 months or if it has rain and it gets wet then spray again. Once they walk over the area it will kill them within a few minutes. As I said I have used it for years and it is VERY successful. Keep doors and windows open when spraying as the job it does must be very toxic. Also not near food or anything like that. Many supermarkets sell cockroach spray but they are more for direct spray on the animal but Oro works by their body, feet or mouth coming in contact with the area it has been spray on. It drys up but will keep working for many months.
