I've just got this out of my shed and only the middle one of the three panels is heating. It's just out of warranty (typical). Any suggestions on how to get it going please? I've already disconnected and reconnected the (full) gas bottle, and the regulator was a new purchase alongside the heater.
I don't know anything about gas fires really.
Silly as it sounds have you got it set on 1 instead of 3 ??
Might also be a blocked jet.
Have you got the manual ??
Use the make and model number and search for a solution on Google ??
That's about the limit of the help I can give you !!

If it has been in a shed I would suspect "bichos"......any of several types of tiny creatures...have moved in. Clean all the jets, carefully poking a strand of wire in each and blow air into them.
