I thoroughly recommend Richard, I have used him many jobs in our comunity, and a property in Murcia City, he is reliable and very reasonable.
Example he gave a price for a job which I was very happy with, to replace some water solenoids which I had purchased. He turned up when he said, completed the job, then when it came to paying it was 30euros less than he quoted? I would willingly have paid the full price but he said it did not take as long as he expected.
