Hi, can anyone recommend someone that can do an Energy Performance Certificate for an apartment in Los Alcazares?
Ours is good for a few months yet, but best to be prepared rather than rushing near the deadline....

There are lots of agents available online. Here's one that looked quite cheap. It depends on the size and type of the property. This was a basic quote for a detached villa of up to 180m2.
