Have been waiting for a year for our health cards,not a problem as have paperwork that covers farmicies etc,any idea on how long they normally take,are they posted to your house or do you have to go to reception and ask

Have always gone to the medical centre as I have never known them to send in the post, normally 3 months maximum,

When we renewed ours my OH’s came by post within a few weeks, chasing mine up at Los Alcázares health centre after no sign a year later got told in no uncertain terms that I must just wait and it would be posted to me. Weeks later lo and behold it appeared in our postbox.
Just a reminder that this is Spain…
